We had a great opportunity today to hear Ken Ham (Answers in Genesis) do a presentation for students on defending your faith. Wow, these guys have certainly done their homework! I've heard and read much on the topics they present, but it was fresh and so well presented. My favorite part was the discussion on DNA, how they have discovered that the DNA code is really a language--complete with counterparts to letters, words, and sentences. God is so awesome!
I need to do some more browing on their website, but I'd certainly recommend it as a fabulous resource for homeschoolers. He told us that very shortly after the news story came out recently on the "we finally created life in the laboratory," they had an article posted addressing it in detail. Now I want to go see their Creation Museum in Kentucky!
Oh how I would love to hear Ken speak in person. God has blessed this man with the most amazing mind, wisdom,passion, and the ablility to teach others the truth. I will have to go check out this article and thanks for sharing.

Love Ken Ham, and you will love the Creation Museum when you get there! Praying you will be able to go soon...it is a wonderful experience! We were "in transit" when we went, it was on the way to somewhere else, so we allotted 4 hours. We were able to see all the exhibits and enjoy a refreshment (food!), but that was all; we didn't have time for a lecture series or to tour the gardens, so I hope we will be able to go back again.
